| 摘要 | Transcription factorsfunctionincomplexregulatorynetworkstoregulatevarious biological andphysiologicalprocesses.Insoybean(Glycine max), GmLUX,asan importantcomponentoftheeveningcomplex,playsacriticalroleinthe regulationofsoybean floweringregulation.Inthisstudy,thegenome-wide characterizationandepigeneticfeaturesofGmLUXbindingsiteshavebeen analyzed usinghigh-throughputsequencingmethods,suchasChIP-seq,Hi-C, histone modification andATAC-seq.Inaddition,combinedwithmolecular experiments, GmLUXwasfoundtobeabletodirectlyregulatethe CO-like gene byfacilitatingchromatininteractions,suggestinganewregulatorypathway of GmLUXincontrolling flowering,whichprovidedtheimportantgenomic resources forafurtherunderstandingofitsregulatorymechanism. |
